Can the internet ever get full, or filled? in 20 yrs will someone try to post a new blog just to find there is no room at the inn?

Not likely. Unless the surface of the Earth is filled with servers.

When I first started with computers, we used to think 20GB was a lot of space. My prediction is that storage capacity will continue to grow, so no we'll probably never run out of space, but we'll more than likely run out of IP v4 addresses soon :)
