I think that they DON"T treat them well. They live in horrible conditions and the people running them only care about money and not the life of the animal.

Criminals. My ex daycare lady had a Sheltie that was rescued from a Puppy Mill. It makes me so mad when I think about what those dogs have to endure.

Lining up the greedy bastards that use animals this way and using them for target practice..... OR locking THEM UP for 10 years or so...with NO access to green grass, no play, no companionship, no tv, no books, no music...no enrichment of any type...feed substandard food...We'll let them FORGO the constant over breeding because one, they might enjoy it...and two, there are too many children also who need good homes already.... And to think....at heart...I'm a pacifist! Really I am!

It reminds me of how someone described to me watching specific breeding going on, where basically one dog was allowed to be be raped by another just so the owners could create a custom breed.
