Check to see if the TV is also RCA.
Different TV's respond to different IR codes to power on/off and change channel/volume. You have to teach the remote to talk to your particular brand of TV. This generally involves pressing a particular sequence of buttons on the remote and then entering a 3-digit TV code. The instruction manual for the RCA remote should be able to tell you how to do this and how to find the appropriate 3-digit code. If you no longer have the manual, perhaps you can find some instructions on the RCA website.
Take it to the repair shop
have you programmed the remote correctly
replace batteries

i have a ps2 memory card and when save my games it says there is no memory card in slot 1 so or slot 2 HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
