1) Don't imagine that so many users are participating. The great majority of accounts are inactive, some have just made a registration, others have just asked a couple of questions and have probably disappeared forever. According to the "last week most points leaderboard", last week, there were about 1000 users who have scored at least 90 points, but all other users have scored less, that means less than an average of 13 points a day. So we have only 1000 of such users who are "rather active" or more. I guess that we have not much more than 10,000 users scoring more than 20 points a week (3 points a day).
