DESITIN works great, you might want to attach a rosin bag onto the diaper somewhere, the kind the baseball players use, it draws all the moisture from the surrounding areas, works great on preventing inner lag chaffing by keeping a small bag of it in your pants pocket, even chalk board chalk works!!

Keep it dry....change a often as possible...Air dry the area between changes if possible. Use talc powder and I use balmex on my son even just to prevent....During every change I use it and no rash in months (he has very sensitive skin)
