Yes, as a kid when the ice cream fell to the ground. I ate the cone anyhow, but it did have some residue from the ice cream so it wasn't a 100% total loss.

Yes, when I was a kid I rode my bike up to the Baskin-Robbins where my brother worked because he promised me a free cone. I got back on my bike and the ice cream fell off with my first lick. I rode home...bummed...but never told him because I knew he was proud of that job and being a cool big brother, and I didn't want to spoil that for him.
