It's a constant, daily battle. AND it actually takes effort, not just sitting around. It's extremely hard. We must strive to be pure in our thoughts as well. It's funny, I never really thought about..what I think about. I may angry with someone and just think bad about them. Last week I went to a conference and it was to test ourselves in our thoughts. I was absolutely stunned to find out how many things I think that don't glorify God. Now, in everything I do and think, I think twice in order to keep all of myself pure. :D

Ephesians 6:10-20 gives us some information on this matter. Spiritual warfare is not fighting against human beings but against the wicked spiritual forces in the heavenly world, the rulers, authorities, and cosmic powers of this dark age.
