Well, Max Weber is Weberian theory, which is a theory in its own right, whereas Marx devised Classical Marxism, with the quote "Come all you workers unite, you have nothing to lose but your chains" (not 100% sure on accuracy).
    - Marxism claims that people in society need to allow equality via the working class uprising.
    - Weberian thinking says that in society you should aim to achieve verstehen, or seeing the world through someone else's shoes.
    - In terms of power, Weberian thinking devises two types of power, coercive and authoritative (by force and legitimately). Also, in authoratitive power, comes three types, traditional, legal rationale and charismatic. Legal rationale is things like politics, traditional is monarchy, and charismatic is gaining power by having a way with words.

Thus, overall the difference between Weber and Marx is the theoretical perspectives, as Marxism uses macro methods, and Weberian more micro.
However, Weber would agree with Marx's ideas as he does not believe in consensus, hence a need for verstehen. If there was equality, why would you need to know what other people think.

I hope this has been of use.
