  • Good question. But simpy cutting alories is not the answer. Neither is low claorie, low fat, low carb or low low whatever they call it now. There are things you can do to improve your metabolism, but think of balanced diet with real food. That's a start. If you don't want to exerise, then you won't see good results. In short you want to look at your lifestyle and make the hanges you need. I dont know if you are male, female, your age, your weight, your heath et. But the information is general enought to get you to think about it. Chek out Michael Pollan. He talks aout food and you might ike it. He says balaned real food is not a problem (biscuits and all that junk wont help though).
