I think they are parents..
-
I think their baby needs changing.
-
Terrible and inconsiderate, I've seen a women change her baby's diaper on a restaurant table next to where we were eating...Foreigners tend to do this much more then Americans do!
-
I've done it before. You've got to change them or they'll get infected.
-
I think its gross and ghetto. Go to the public bathroom or your car and do that. Especially if there is poop in that diaper. I have had to change my child in public and I wait till we get somewhere where its private... maybe not completly private but not in the whole public eye.
-
Honestly, before I was parent I probably would have thought that was awful, however now I'm a parent I don't really care about how others think, if my son needs changing, he's getting changed, regardless of how others might view me, so if I saw someone else changing their baby I would completely understand. Sometimes you've just got do what you've got to do. :)

if the child needs changing then you need to change it. You should at least try to go to the restroom and do it there but if for whatever reason, the restroom is unaccessable, the diapers gotta be changed. Letting your baby sit in a dirty diaper can cause a rash or other infections. Besides, I'd rather you changed the smelly diaper in public than for me to have to stand behind you in a line smelling what your kid did.

I hate then with a passion. Period. Most places in the civilized world have bathrooms somewhere near by. Not using the restrooms shows a lack of education and disrespect for others around them.
-
I think I've done it before...Will probablly do it again, and I don't care what people think of me.
-
nasty, unless it is really, really, the only option, like in a crowd of 100k ppl, with only porta potties
-
I do not mind women breastfeeding in public, but I do not like them changing the baby publically. Nothing to do with dignity or anything - frankly it is the smell that is off putting! There are public toilets around - there are loads of places with baby changing facilities - use them!
-
If the diapers need to be changed, then they need to be changed. The parent should put the needs of the child in front of the needs of any over-sensitive strangers. I think nothing at all, unless of course, the place was highly inappropriate (eating area for example, or in public when there were baby change facilities very close by) - in that case I would consider it selfish. =)
-
Beats leaving the kid sitting in a wet or dirty stinking diaper.
-
If it has to be done, it has to be done. Wherever it is. If ppl don't like it then don't look!!
-
Whats the difference where they do it as long as they do it like all good parents should. I know too many New parents who just let the child sit in it.
-
It depends. While I certanly understand the need (I had two children) I think people need to use some discretion. In a park or such is fine. To do it in a restaurant (at the table) is absolutely digusting to me, and completely inconsiderate to others.
-
nice to know the ignorant are out and DR ing, i guess people with babys just cant respect others.
-
I have done it on the plane before and I dont like doing it in public but sometimes there really isnt any other place to do it.Like on a plane where are you suppossed to change a baby?
-
Got to keep that baby clean and dry.
