...Well prison is...Prison, it is pretty bad. Depends on if your in high security...or if your one of the trustees...depends if they like you or not, depends on who you know.
The thing is...if hes still a kid, and its his first time offence...Hell prolly get probation. And a crap load of fines. Yeah its bad, but the judge will also know its an accident.
Nobody just goes to prison for something like that...
Dont worry to much, but I wouldnt be driving around with ANY weapons IN MY CAR...EVER again. Its just silly.

yeah he had put it in his car to show his friend but forgot to take it out and someone ratted him out. And his lawer guy said to pleade not guilty or something and my bf is worried about getting shanked and killed and raped in there. They said he may get 5 years so he's flippin cause he isnt the best student in school, with detentions and in school suspension and stuff like that :/

5 years for a dagger. I do not believe that, and even if he was sent away...it wouldnt be to PRISON, but a "Kids camp" lol...its really not that bad. They keep a close eye on people. Murderers go to prison, and even that takes alot when it comes to a child. Hes not gona get killed or raped. I was locked up for 8 months, it was nothing....but 5 years...no...and I would pleade guilty, and go with a plea bargain....THEY FOUND IT IN HIS CAR, he cant excape it...they are setting him up for failure. Plead guilty. Plea bargain it....hell get lesser charges...

...btw, tell him to start straightening himself out...and dont act all "big and bad" but focus, make things right...do good in school, finish, accomplish...and come out a better man. Its there to straighten people out...make use of it, and he might get out early on "good time" all the good hes learned, they will see that...and hell get out soon. But if he goes in like a bat outta hell, hes gonna get screwed by the system. Nobody wants to help out a troublemaker if they dont wanna help themselves.
