  • There are "hair, skin and nails" vitamins out there, and I think they DO help alittle. People say they do, but then again ALL vitamins, green leafy veggies and fruits help.
  • Just saw today on Rachael Ray- dark green veggies. Celery, cukes, almonds, calcium [dark leafy greens- spinach]. Go to the site and look? A friend of mine trims her hair just before the full moon every month and has nice, long hair. Go to the salons- maybe $40 a month- vitamins, shampoo, conditioner, a treatment- really worked when I could afford it. Bio-lage? Small white bottles, a system. Go ask.
  • I have used them and did not find that they worked as well as pre-natal vitamins. I used the ones from wal-mart. They worked well. My hair grew about 1/4 of an inch more than normal in about a two months time.
  • Your rate of hair growth will not be affected by vitamins (hair is afterall, dead). You cannot speed it up or make it happen - that is why there is no cure for baldness. All you can do, is have the ends trimmed regularly to stop them splitting and wait.
  • Why dont you look at the herbal products by Varsha Herbals. You can check in www.varshaherbals.com
