    Pixie - jeg er elsket

On a good day, we're lucky to actually agree on one thing.

My sister is always here, shes picky.
I'm a little picky since i dont eat meat or animal products.
My mother doesnt like to eat anything healthy.
My father is pretty apathetic, but he never says anything.

If my parents have friends over....it gets worse xD

    Tel UK- Licensed to fish!

Being only two of us its, "What would you like for dinner tonight",folowed by a list of choices. My stock reply is "Whatever you fancy" leaving the decision to the other half, that way I have no idea what I'm getting tonight.

Luckily all I have to do is start cooking. They come in and say "What are you cooking for dinner?"...I tell them, they say cool and walk away.

    It's always the same conversation:

Me: "Honey, what are you in the mood for tonight?"
Hubby: "Whatever you feel like cooking"
Me: "I'll cook anything. Wanna give me a jumping-off point?"
    Hubby: "Not really."
    Me: "*sigh* Fine."

and then I make whatever I feel like having. ^_^

I always make two separate meals, and I choose what they are. Hubby likes 'plain and simple' whereas I like to be more adventurous with what I eat.
It works fine for both of us this way, as I enjoy cooking.

Go know thyself is THE RED QUEEN

Galeanda... Once again, I need your help to have something removed.

Out of respect for Keith, who had nothing to do with this.

I was wrong and shouldn't have involved myself in this. If I need to get moderation... I'll take it.

But I feel I was provoked because this person assumed I was someone I am not. Doesn't excuse my behavior though. It's embarassing and If possible can we get rid of it?

generally less than a minute. i say im going to cook such & such. everybody nods in agreement and says, "yes, that sounds great". sometimes my s/o cooks ~ he usually has a game plan as well. it takes a few minutes to decide if we make the decision to go out to eat ~ there are so many good restaurants in our area. sometimes we just get in the car and drive and see where the car takes us. :)

Usually we decide within a minute or two. Unless I suggest that we go out... then it's, instantly!

  • No, because me and my boyfriend have such different tastes that we eat separately. That's when we bother to eat dinner, anyway, usually we just snack of something junky or odd.

Normally it's just me and I can make my mind up before I pass out from hunger. Now if I have to get your family or some other unknown family to agree with me I have no idea. +5

Jim is the perfect mate. I always ask him, give him choices, and his answer is always the same..."whatever you are in the mood to fix is what I'm hungry for"! Honestly. Is that a perfect guy or what? :) ((hugs))

Usually it's decided by who ever cooks (usually me)and I only take a moment to survey the contents of the fridge. If my husband cooks he usually has been planning it ahead of time so he knows exactly what he's going to do.

In the rare event I ask the opinions of our children (all ages 7 and under)they will disagree and force us to take a vote quickly. (So 5 min or less)
