  • I chose running and following a strict food and exercise regimen. Just a tip don't constantly check on your weight. Check maybe every two months or so. That way you don't have to worry.
  • Personally, I lost a ton of weight after I went vegetarian three years ago. I did it for ethical reasons, rather than dietary ones, but the health benefits were a huge plus. I realize that's not for everyone, though, so I suggest a healthy diet plan, light-to-moderate exercise, and a ton of self-love. You'll be surprised at how far that can take you.
