  • If you're looking for some kind of supplement I'd recommend Mega-T Green Tea. If you're willing to put in some excerise and right diet choices, it wil assist in fast weight loss. Also it's completly drug free and comes with a excerise and diet plan in certain packages http://www.aragonproducts.com/theproducts.cfm?master=6754
  • I would say, before you do anything, have a complete physical, including blood work for things like hormone issues or perhaps Thyroid disorders. Once they are ruled out, then speak to a physician, then a nutritionist. Once you begin to diet properly, you will feel more energetic to get out and walk and then begin exercizing. Stay away from over the counter diet pills, or the so called herbal supplements, they can have long term medical complications. Good Luck
  • it's just a waste of money - in the long run - eat sensibly and walk more - green tea helps boost the metabolism by the way and so does spicy foods as well as lots of excersize :) :)
  • The products with the greatest success rate are those prescribed by a doctor including Phentermine and a Phentermine-Prozac combination. Programs such as Weight Watchers claim better success than dieting alone. Nurtisystem seems to work well for a number of people (or any similar diet using the Glycemic Index and extreme portion control). I had a great success with Medifast. While it is now avaiable over-the-counter (used to be through Doctors only), it is a real committment and should be doctor supervised.
  • Why oh why oh why do people insist on asking around for the "Easy Pill"?? If you want to lose weight for the rest of your life you cannot rely on pills and supplements. Get a full medical done as has been suggested already - some things like thyroid malfunction make weight loss very difficult - but can be treated with synthetic hormones with great success. Other than that, you are overweight because you ate too much and moved too little. Make the decision to change your lifestyle. Get more active, eat smaller portions of healthier food. Also, MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS. Losing 1cm off your waist in a week is really good going - but if you are quite overweight you'll never see that looking in a mirror. Weigh yourself once a week and measure your waist once a week. If both are getting smaller, good job. If they are not, the problem will be in your exercise or eating habits. Adjust them until you see results. There is no easy way. There just isn't. Take responsibility for where you are at, and do the work the right way.
  • for something natural ive heard that eating kelp can help you lose weight
  • If you are 100 lbs. overweight you could have gastric bypass surgery.
