Are you feeling alone/lonely and are looking to stave off those feelings, if only for a little while? Are you in a relationship and your s/o isn't available for a period of time?

There's nothing wrong with pleasing ourselves as long as we don't let the obsessive nature of the act control and run our lives. If you are just looking at porn when you are aroused at night and use it to please yourself before going to sleep, I don't see anything wrong with that.
