No your freedom of speech (snicker) is being messed with. The constitution of the USA or any other country is an exercise in controlling the masses through propaganda. Just listen to the tape that guy made; He was presumed guilty and subject to brutal questioning/abuse. This is from people who swore to up hold the laws and principles they then broke with out any hesitation.

Not at all! That's pretty strange. I think someone probably didn't like Ron Paul or doesn't like people exercising their rights or something, so they flagged it nonsense and it went through. Strangely, it makes sense that it was flagged that way, given the subject matter and stuff. HAHa!

I feel if you make an appeal through the feedback link at the bottom of the page in which the question appears - you stand a very good chance of getting it restored. Do state your reasons why it should not be considered 'nonsense'. You could simply say that it is a question on Civil Liberties Law and suggest that the AB staff look at the link you have provided. To me the question makes perfect sense and is a valid question. I suggest you appeal.
