  • There are abrasive exfoliants that can help blend skin tone as well as chemical exfoliants that are appropriately called "toner" that will help as well. When showering, scrub 2 inches above and below the line with the abrasive exfoliant (I recommend burt's bees orange face scrub) Then after showering, soak a cotton ball with chemical toner (I recommend biore clean toner) and wipe around the affected area. When you're done, moisturize throughly.
  • All I could think of was for you to use foundation "cover up". Match the color up to the darkest color and use it on the lighter tone to even things up. I say the darker part because it's always easier to get something darker rather than lighter.... Good luck to you!!!!
  • lemon juice is a natural skin lightener. after washing area, apply lemon juice to whatever is darker, face or neck. leave it on for a few minutes and rinse. just be sure to avoid eyes! you can do this every day. i do!
