Secondary relatives. A secondary relative is your aunt or uncle, neice or nephew, grandparents, or half siblings. But in terms of what you are looking for I don't think there really is a good term for that.

Different cultures have different ways of differenciating relations. In my culture their is no one word to describe neices and nephews or aunts and uncles. In some cultures those distictions are not even made. All of your relatives are either parents, grandparents, brothers or sisters. In some the son of your mother's sisters is called something different than the son of your father's sister for instance.
