That's a pretty open ended question but if you go into the bios directly after you hit the power button on by hitting the tab or delete key or what ever your computer says it is to get into setup. Once your in setup find the boot device priority and pick your hard drive as the number one boot device. Also make sure there is no discs in any of the drives.

Are you dual booting OS's? if you are, the boot manager should be automatic. If not, enter you BIOS (f8), Booting Priority, and make sure that your HD is selected as #1.
