Does anyone know any natural cures for strep throat? I get it a lot and I hate medication. Thanks!

While it's not a cure, gargling with warm, salty water helps ease the pain. I used to get strep throat a lot too.

Marshmallow (herb, not confection)
Fennel
Anise seed
Horehound
Slippery Elm
Hyssop
Honeysuckle
Elderberries (if you use those, I'd recommend you make them into a syrup first, I hear eating them raw can cause a bit of indigestion and so on)
