If there were a Moratorium placed on negative talk/insults/digs/inflammatory rhetoric, dire warnings, racist/bigoted speech, threats, what would talk show hosts and their callers talk about? Or would it just be so much dead air?

Dead air. Because someone somewhere will complain that whatever was spoken, was negative. The last 8 years, anything that wasn't kissing Bu$h's butt was derided as "You Just Hate Bu$h!"
