  • i always do great at interviews and i tend to go in with a cocky i dont need you you need me type attitude expect those tough questions like think of a time when you went the extra mile or had to make a tough decision but overall be confident build off an already established career track and you will do great
  • If I was interviewing you (I'm doing at least 4 interviews tomorrow), I'd talk to you first about things like your experience, your availability, any other committments, and your transportation situation. I'd look over your work experience and ask you some questions about that -- such as what you did and why you left. I'd outline the job description for you and ask you if that's something you'd be interested in. I'd talk to you about any concerns I had (such as your dress, visible tattoos, etc.). Then, if I was definitely going to hire you, I'd ask when you'd be available for training. If I wasn't sure, or was leaning towards no, I'd tell you that I have more applicants to interview, and I'd be making a decision soon.
