There's this place where people from anywhere can go to find out things. They ask questions and get answers. There are good guys, bad guys, every day there are new guys... At least once every day, someone puts what's called a "demand question" on the site, which is not allowed. (See http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/1919455 - Moderation Guide - Nonsense questions.) The question gets flagged, the moderators accept the flag, and the person who asks it raises hell about it. ;-)

homeless guy on street, he gets an idea, works years at getting it written down, no one believes his data, no one will back him to get it published. he meets someone who believes in him. the author does some articles for the newspaper, he gets someone's attention and away he goes on the media blitz with six digit checks for new books on his hot topic.
