I think that you just go to a shop and start trying things on. Maybe go online and see if you can find specialty stores that sell women's clothes for mens' bodies. I know there are some specialty shops that offer larger womens shoes etc but I don't know where to tell you to find one. Good luck!

There are some websites that have clothes for crossdressers. Thefantasygirl.com is a good site, that is where I bought my first skirt and dress. You can go to women's clothing stores like Cato's, the ones working there will be glad to help you. It will be the same in most any store you go to, they are there to make money and the people working there will help you every way they can, it is part of their job. When you go out in public wearing women's clothes for the first time, do it in small steps. The hardest part will be getting out of the car. When you finally go in a public place wearing women's clothes you will see that it is not bad at all. You might paint your toenails and wear sandals in public. When you see that is not so bad you can try wearing a skirt in public. When you see how comfortable and how much fun it is to wear a skirt you can add a blouse or a woman's top to it. You might next try painting your fingernails and wearing high heels. After doing that a few times it will be time to try wearing a dress. You will love dresses, they are very comfortable and a lot of fun to wear. Anything you want to add to that, do it in small steps. When wearing skirts and dresses in public you will get a lot of strange looks and people will laugh, especially giggly teenage girls, but don't let that bother you. Women's clothes are a lot of fun to wear and you can really have a good time. I encourage you to get started as soon as possible. Good luck to you.
