Yes. Beyond the fact that the Democrats will support her appointment many Repubs will as well. She was nominated by papa Bush previously. There really is nothing in her record to cast doubt on her abilities except for one or two minor "statements" that can be dismissed as poor word choice.

It's pretty obvious that she will--I'm glad of it. Good choice.

Definitely and without much difficulty. I don't think anybody really expects her to be fair and impartial as a Justice. But as a double minority, nobody will want to antagonize those voters too much.
