Why are there so many branches of what seems like the same religion, christianity, lutheran, catholic?

They are all xians-(christians). Those are just different "denominations" of the same crap.

In summary, it works kinda like this: Bunch of people with a common belief get together. One group in the bunch think something should be done "this way". Another thinks it should be done "that way". The arguments get big enough that one group decides to leave and form their own bunch - with basically the same beliefs and intents, but with something in particular done "that way". Repeat ad nauseum!

Because all of these branches seem like Christianity but are false. You see true Christianity is one religion under God's Son direction. They practice one way and not all diferent ways. Soon God will change this. A will worship the one true Creator in one united church or congregation. After all their is one true God, the creator of the Universe and you and i and all things. There are just two systems of interperting the same Bible which we all use; either it interprets it self or some man interprets it--the only disagreement is over which man (or woman). Catholics have their pope, but so do other denominations--they just don't call him "pope." But if you let the Bible be its own interpreter, when you find a part of the Bible that's hard to explain, you won't turn to some human authority but will wait patiently until another, clearer part of the Bible explains it. If we would all let the Bible be its own pope, there wouldn't be so many branches, but human pride gets in the way.

Same old story, the only way is through JC, right? If that is so then where did the billions of people go up till about 2000 years ago?? They could not have heard of JC because he was not born. For example....Adam and Eve, Moses, Noah are not in heaven right? They cannot be, they died well before year 1 AD.
