Help answer this question below.
America. We keep pointing the fingers at everyone else and really, our fingers need to be pointed at us. We had poor character when purchasing houses we could never afford. We stocked up a whole lot of dept on our credit cards, not knowing for sure is we could pay it on time. We are going to destroy ourselves before anyone else does.
Assuming "us" is the US, the US poses the biggest threat.
Or did you mean "us" as in the country of Texas?
Right now, the biggest threat to the USA comes from ... the USA. Our Congress is in the process of recklessly creating systems that will kill our economic viability, while the Administrative branch is populated with activists and novices who don't understand the scope and scale of the damage they are proposing and doing. Meanwhile our intrepid government is doing NOTHING to address the real problems we face: energy cost, source, and scale; entitlements; and the growth of government.
As an American, I think our own country poses the biggest threat to us .. right now. We are fanatically divided as "We The People", misinformed to the point of being shut in the dark and fed bullshit, lost most of our Rights and can't find decent jobs with benefits because nothing is produced in our country anymore. It's been said by almost every thinking American since the 'founding' ones, but no one said it more succinctly than Twain: "Defend your country all the time and your government when it deserves it." Our government (Congress) stood for a moment of silence for Michael Jackson. We are increasingly at war, our homes increasingly at risk, the worth of our dollar increasingly less, and our news sources are filled with stories of Americans dying en masse by violence on America's streets. At least we now know who Congress stands for.
north korea followed by afghanistan, north korea developing nuclear missle technology is an extremely dangerous situtation not to just the United States, but to the world
We are our own worst enemy. North Korea comes in a distant second.
the nut-faced religious gun-slinging extremist in america. you belive otherwise?
Biggest threat? Religion..it's not a country at all. it's theocratic mind sets that insist the invisible boogieman who has NEVER once shown its face to the world and scares people into wanting to kill others so they can take over and force everyone else to obey their bullshit laws.
Remove the churches, synagogues and mosques and replace them with housing for people to live in..that would be a good start, but good luck, huh?
China with all its lead-poisoned products, which comprise 99% of the merchandise at Wall Mart! ;)
The United States?
It is its own worst enemy! It poses the biggest threat to itself. Otherwise, probably Iran.
It's own government.
Ourselves.
Iran or North Korea, North Korea has the a-bomb and that nut case kim jong ill, and Iran almost has the bomb and is hell bent to conquer the non-muslim world. Those two nations are the biggest threat to the US.
Canada. They're right next door, and they've got moose.
Nobody is a direct threat. Iran and N Korea are in a position to knock over the house of cards that world stability has become.
1) The US itself. We have abandoned our manufacturing base, sold ourselves into slavery by the amount of debt that we carry both as individuals and as a country.
2) China, they manufacture most of what we consume, hold a very large percentage of our debt.
Biggest threat to whom?
Russia, undoubtedly.
sendschie
Our own!
People who delude themselves into thinking that tiny nations with miniscule militaries (such as Iraq) could actually pose a serious threat to America.
Such headstrong, irrational leadership can basically 'will' the people to do anything, say anything, even condone anything, no matter how obviously-unnecessary...in the name of "self-defence".
Russia!!!!
The United States of America. I fear for the future of our country.
It is China. The way China is approaching towards is a good thing but it does not want to confer with competitive and developed countries. To earn money it has helped Iran, North Korea, Pakistan, etc.. develop nuclear arms illegally. So that is not a good sign.
America the EVIL EMPIRE. You guys are hilarious.
Sorry - posted a comment as an answer. :(
The Vatican.
That large country south of Canada.
IRAN
North Korea or Iran
Pakistan!
India.
USA.
You're all nuts.
Lower Slobovia. Their arses are all set to fart us right off of the map.:(
"Pogo" once said, "We have met the enemy, and he is US!"

Ireland just wait the whole world will be shocked we are buying some time!! nah i'm just joking haha, But i'd say north korea they seem more aggressive then iran right now and don't care about it. +5
North Korea
No country can be a threat to US since they can be a strong nation once the economic downturn goes away.Only proper governance is required and no frivolous spending!Savings, proper education, cheap housing, cheap credit, curbing inflation, producing goods at a competitive rates and becoming a stronger world power by the sheer dint of peoples movement! These are few things which can make the US again the front runner in this world!
who's "us"?
The US and Israel are the biggest threat to the world.
.
The US and Israel combined have invaded and attacked more countries than any other countries combined.
.
The US and Israel are now looking to attack Iran, Lebanon and Palestine.
I'm assuming you mean threat to the United States. My answer is Mexico.
I agree with many here that the greatest threat to the U.S. comes from insidious elements within but I also assume you meant a foreign country. So Mexico it is.
Our own because of all the nutbags in it.
russia, north korea
N.K. we need to put those crazy bastards down for good
The United States of America.
How many "puppet governments" can you name?

Given yr personality, if you became a dictator like Qaddafi, what would be your bling of choice - fancy uniforms? Palaces? Lady bodyguards?

Is anybody really a republican or democrat? Left/Right? I don't see why people like to define themselves into only these few categories.

This is very correct. We have grown-up in a "keeping up with the Jones's" environment. We don't save our money! Our nation is materialistic and Americans save very little of their money for a rainy day!
