G'day Kellimama, Thank you for your question. It depends on the type of boot. Hopefully, when you brought them, the salesman gave you some advice on taking care of them. I have attached some online sources on taking care of them. Apparently, Footlocker sells kits to clean them especially suede ones and other shoe storers should have similar products. You might also want to try contacting Timberland if you can't find anything that works.
