That actually has happened to me several times LOL If it's a good dream I'll be like omg please continue and close my eyes but yea it doesn't always work :( I hate it when a good dream is ruined

That happens to me on occasion. There's a difference, though. See, if I'm dreaming and wake up and then fall back asleep and have the same dream, I'll be aware of my own dreaming at that point. Then, I can get away with whatever I want in said dream.

I can. Lucid dreaming. It is fun when you can teach yourself and gives a very restful sleep.

No unfortunately I have sleep apnea,but when this does occur I do remember certin aspects of the dream usually in black and white,kind of boring.:)

Yes. Remembering them after I've been awake for some time is what's tough. Its strange.

Even if you can the chances are about 85% certain that you wouldn't remember it when you woke up. So, there will be about a 85% chance that you'll still wonder about this same question in the future.

It's never quite the same once I'm awakened. Kind of ruins the potential of the good dream even if I fall back into it.

Yes, that's happened to me a few times, although I will admit, continuing the same dream after waking up and falling asleep again was not any of my doing. The first one I remember that was like that was a zombie invasion dream. :D Xena was in it, too. O_o

No but I once dreamt of a screaming sound of a 747 and when I woke up it was the sound eminating from my wifes mouth......................

Every now and then I can. It really has to be a situation though where I don't become entirely awake. This morning this happened when I was dreaming that my parents were being really distracting while I was working on some sort of statistics test when in reality they were yelling from downstairs in an attempt to wake me up.

no once i wake up i can recall the dream but cannot go immediately back to sleep and continue...i do have the same dream on differnt nights though...+5.

I actually have done that a few times. They're usually weird dreams that I wish didn't continue.
