If you are not in pain, just eat SOFT foods and nothing hot or cold, and call to get in first thing Monday to have a replacement or permanent crown. Keep it clean by rinsing with warm salt water. If you have pain ice will help. And aspirin, etc. If you have *alot* of pain, call a dentist on call and get another temp put on.

You should go to the dentist and have it replaced, they say that food or bacteria can get lodged in the hole and cause further damage to the remaining tooth. This happened to my boyfriend recently. The dentist ought to take you in right away.

If you go to a pharmacy you can get special adhesive that will cement your crown back on, it should hold until your next dental visit.
