If you don't express them then only *you* are unhappy if you do express them then *everybody* gets their share.

(you're referring to emotions and/or feelings - right?) If you bottle them up, esp. neg emotions, it stores negative energy in your body that can, over time, cause something terrible health-related. Some people don't like going to "shrinks" or any kind of doctor or psychiatrist because they don't feel comfortable telling a stranger how they are feeling, they feel exposed. You don't have to express things to a person, you can write/express yourself on paper, just getting things out of your mind and onto paper where you can see your thoughts and feelings is therapy in itself. Painting is good too :)
