Since when are ratings not anonymous? When I click on a profile, I can see everyone's + or - ratings. Wasn't like that before. Is this new or a glitch?

I have always seen this feature. So as long as I have been here it has been. I check to find out who downrated a question when I get a neg.

It has been that way since i joined the site in December. I do not know how it was prior to that time

do you mean the actual AB is shown? because no it was not like that before. That is a good thing then we can caught troll :) Mine is still showing the same thing that it did yesterday it is just an answerbag and it tells you your rating

Okay I mean that when I go into a person's profile, all of the ratings that they have given are being shown. Before, when I hit see my public profile, all of those disappeared and I never saw them on profiles before. So let's say I rate your answer down, when you look on my profile, it says Rated Answer -2 and shows the answer that I rated down. That is not very anonymous.
