got a used Panasonic CT-3272SE. It has an inch of black along both sides. Is there any horizontal control?

Ghost,double vision in red,green,blue. mostly at bottom half of screen and worse to the right. How can I adjust this out? I tried convergence with no resolve

How can I stop my TV permanently showing in the top corner when I no longer have the original remote? The TV is a Panasonic Quintrix if that helps?
