Our current government (Malta). Everything bad is either caused by the recession, the EU, the opposition party from when it was in power a couple of decades ago, the weather, the unions and so on. Of course when something is successful they're all to quick to remind you that it's thanks to them.

Yes, my husbands brother does it. He has a chip on his shoulder and thinks everyone owes him something. He is 25 years old and treats everyone like shit. I wonder why, i was the first person to say something to him about it.
