Salmon. Usually grilled with some lemon. I also occasionally like Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, or Tuna. I've eaten trout, and I liked the flavor, but I dislike all those damn tiny bones, so I only eat trout when my boyfriend catches it fishing, I don't go out of my way to get it.

Can't beat great fish and chips, especially made with red snapper or halibut for me. And I love smoked wild salmon. Must include a Chinese dish that is a whole fish, stir-fried with spices and wine. It is a work of art on the plate.

I tryed a new way the other day... I took a sliver of garlic layed it on top of the fish with a sliver of lemon... I put a little bit of EVOO on top with some fresh parsley salt and pepper. I cut some fresh veggies and put that in the middle of a piece of parchment paper with the fish on top. Wrap the parchment paper around the fish making a pouch and bake for about 15 min depending on the size of the fish. Whne finished you have moist fish with wonderful veggies. easy prep and clean up!
