Can I get DNA testing done if my alleged grandfather is dead?

    If you had some hair folicals you know are his it the easiest. If you cannot get this the next best would be from his brother or sister if alive. Next would be any blood relation such as a direct aunt or uncle. Of course the further away you get the more difficult it becomes.

    You can get DNA testing done if your entire family is dead. It's you they're testing not them

    yes if you have a piece of hair or something with DNA.
    but it would be almost impossible to get it from his body (as in, dig up the grave).... lots of legal issues.
