  • Yes. I enjoy reading a passage of scripture, then thinking about how it applies. I like to do this somewhere quiet. I compare it to what I already think I know, and see if I learned something new, or what new angle it shows. This meditation is a little different to thinking about "Ummmmmmm", but is very peaceful.
  • My form of meditation is to be aware of the Absolute. By bringing the Awareness from going outside to going inside, and focusing on the Absolute. Through awareness on the light and sound within. Best place to be with the absolute is somewhere quiet , and that you can trust that you will be safe and secure, when you leave your body....(transformation of your physical body into light) (or when your ego dies) But my form of meditation is formlessness. meaning i can be anywhere and be doing anything and tune into higher levels of awareness (Meditation) The Absolute is your lifeforce within you, and only your thoughts stop you from seeing the absolute. What do you get out of this meditation? Enlightenment is there for everyone.
  • yes..... its like watching my thoughts and separating myself (soul)from my thoughts.
  • I go for long walks and sit in the wooded area near my house to think. I am not sure if it would be called meditation, but I think it is close. I use the time to think things over, and I always come back feeling refreshed and calm. I am far from reaching any absolute.
