Depends. Are you just saying it because your significant other has been keeping you aroused that long? Did you take something (i.e. viagra) to end up this way? If the latter, then yes, you need to go see a doctor because it's not supposed to last that long. However, if you took it with other stimulants to make sex last longer, then maybe. It's not good to stay erect for an extended period of time, so if you can do anything to reduce it (i.e. have an orgasm in some way), then you should do so. However, if it still doesn't go down after that, you need to go to the doctor as soon as possible.
