How do you burn songs off of a USB onto a CD on a computer?

I download on one laptop and then move the songs via a usb to a second laptop that does not have an internet connection.

I'd copy the files off the USB onto the hard-drive in a temporary folder, then create your CD, then delete the temp folder.
