I personally don't, but GMail does everything automatically to save all mails.

Orderly as I am I throw them out when they are not needed in the future for any reason. E-mails from friends or loved ones I put in special folders. The same I do with snail mail, saving only letters of importance and sort those into my file cabinet..

Save is an understatement! I hoard them! Every now and then I'll go through and delete several hundred to make room in cyberspace. No reason to keep them all ~ I just do .... just in case LoL

With so much free storage and only three or four people who write faithfully, there's no reason for me to delete most e-mails. The only things I delete are spam, commercial correspondence, and blurbs from people I dislike.

Because I do a lot of genealogy research and e-mail many people, I save all of those for further reference. If I didn't do that, I'd be junking all of them.
