I should add, he was in front of me slightly on the on ramp and by the time I had passed him I looked down and without hitting my brakes was following the flow of traffic. Just a curiosity question. Not trying to fight the law. In maine in order to get a court date you have to plead not guilty, the court date is coming up. I plan on pleading no contest but am going to ask for some type of driving school to avoid points. This is my first ticket and was cited as an 89 in a 65

it depends Radar in PA is static, meaning the car it is in can only read when it is still, in NJ however, the radar is accurate when the car is moving, even in the opposie direction, meaning a cop can read your speed even if their car is traveling in the opposite direction
