There already is, at the top of the page under "Answerbag". It says "Search for Answers" and below that it says "Enter Keywords". Type in your keyword, hit go, and viola.

Well I'm looking for an old post. It's about non-quartz wristwatches that stop after only a day or two of wearing them. Just putting wristwatches into the search brings up 200 and no matter what other word I add the result still 200 questions that I have to look through.
