I haven't done that but I have posted answers under the wrong questions a few times. These old eyes don't always see things in their right places and the results can be quite hilarious when a questioner reads the garbled nonsense that I posted under the question.

1) Yes, as they were speaking to me by asking it. 2) On Answerbag? I am afraid that I have sometimes not read a question *accurately* before answering it. But not very often... Also, I answered some questions that I did not understand. In that case, it was either a tentative answer or a request for information.
