  • The little white pill you found is called Spironolact it is a 25 mg. Generic for Aldactone. It is a water pill that has various uses other than water retintion. One for which I use this for is for women that have facial hair problems due to a health related issue. It will not keep the hair from growing but it will slow it down. But mostly prescribed as a water pill.
