A player shoots at the wrong basket beyond the three point line and is fouled. She missed the shot.
What is the ruling from the officials?
Do she get to shoot free throws for her team or no foul and take the ball out?

Thats a ridiculous situation for anyone older then 10. But if she was shooting at the wrong basket she'd be unlikely to be fouled because the points would go to the other team if she made it. But if that where to occur by some freak accident then it would be considered a non-shooting foul. Take the ball out unless the team is in the bonus or double bonus.

She was shooting the ball and she was fouled I would argue she should take the foul shots. Does the rule delineate that the shooter has to be aiming at her own basket for the "shooting" rules to be in effect?

Well, if someone is dumb enough to shoot a 3 pointer at the wrong basket, and then someone even DUMBER actually tries to defend that person and ends up fouling them, the ref should declare a forfeit and end the game. Obviously both teams do not understand the game and it should end. Set up the volleyball net and try another sport.
