He should be tossed in jail for a set amount of time, no parole and he should get mental help during that time.

If a man solicits somebody to rape his wife he should get the same sentence as the man who rapes his wife IMO. Life sentence.

You know, there was a time in the USA, when rapists (and those who "assisted" them) faced the DEATH PENALTY, or they got "Life Without." Today, they get "20 to life," and maybe serve three. I sure long for the good old days of the 1950s, when "Daddy" could take his shotgun off his gun rack, shoot and kill his daughter's attacker, then call the Sheriff and say, "Cousin Earl? Ya'll wanna come and remove this garbage from my front lawn?" (No, I am NOT JOKING.)

Realistically and conscientiously, they should be given to the law to be dealt with the way that society has chosen. In my opinion alone, it needs to be determined if they need serious help or if they should be simply removed from society indefinitely (dead).

Well ... for starters the guy is a moron ... so maybe he just wants a child who is not mentally defective and this is the best idea he could come up with. Maybe we should give the guy a break here ....
