Idon't know what your using ithe motor home for and what your elctrisity costs so that part is hard to answer ,but to hook it up ----- the electric just needs an grounded out side plug and the heat you would have to use the furnace inthe unit for that and buy Propane. The water alsoiseasy tohook up for use when it's warm and you need to use the toilet at night, you can also justrun a sewarge hose tot he septic tank if you have one or let the holding tank take the waste then drive once and a while to a dumping station. alot of people do this for a summer home.

I live full time in a travel trailer and electricity cost is between $50 and $100 oer month. Water would be no problem if a heat tape is installed. A 30 amp plug from the power is necessary and it will run everything unles you have 2 AC units then 50 amp in mandatory if you run both. I hope that this helps.

If the house you are hooking up to has a clean-out valve, you could run your sewer line there. You can hook-up the water to an outside faucet. Depending how long you plan to be hooked up, you might check the city or county code for adding a motor home to the house and see if it is allowable. Neighbors might complain. Know the codes.
