I assume (and one should never assume) that it is proportional to the nation's population. Having said that, some countries have a wider use of the internet than others, probably based on socio-economic conditions, so I assume that those countries are represented in a higher proportion.

United States makes up about 60% of users. Or it used to maybe more now with the Influx of Yahoo Answer users. UK used to be about 20%
