I don't go out of my way Rick..as they slam into my life I take 'em on. There are enough of them that I don't have time to go out looking for more! :)

I'm pretty good at recognizing this and taking on new challenges, my problem is that I will take on too many new challenges.

I don't quite need to recognize it. If the challenge presents by itself, I take it. If I feel like taking a challenge, I do. :D
